The Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association (LACEA) and the Latin American Chapter of the Econometric Society (LAMES) are pleased to announce that the 2024 meeting will be hosted by the Universidad de la República (Udelar), in Montevideo, Uruguay, on November 14 -16, 2024.
This is a special year since we are celebrating the 45 years of LAMES and the 300th anniversary of the foundation of Montevideo.
The conference program co-chairs are Diego Restuccia for LACEA, Cristine Campos de Xavier Pinto for LAMES, and the local committee chairs are Verónica Amarante and Leandro Zipitría from Udelar.
